JoAnn is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She didn't just do a great job, she treated us like family. We lived in another city several hours away and needed to find a place here where I took a new job. JoAnn did several showings with us after regular hours to work with our schedules. She stayed patient with us for several months before we found the right place. There were a couple issues we ran into with the new place and JoAnn helped us sort all of that out, and negotiate a fair deal. She helped us time our closings so we were able to move out of our old home and into the new one same day. She even offered to let us leave a Uhaul at her house if we weren't able to get in right away. JoAnn spent money out of her pocket to help us with a few things that came up. I won't go into detail, but she didn't have to and it was far above and beyond. We will never use another realtor again, and can't recommend her enough. Thank you JoAnn for taking care of us.
